EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR HEADTEACHERS

The Church Schools of Cambridge is a charity that provides facilities and targeted support to four Church of England primary schools in Cambridge. We delivered an Executive Coaching programme for Headteachers to provide both leadership development and wellbeing support.

Governing Bodies have a statutory responsibility for supporting the wellbeing of their headteacher and this programme is one of the ways in which CSOC has supported its school leadership.

Headteachers have called the programme invaluable for building and maintaining their energy, developing work life balance, strategic thinking, generating their own solutions, reflecting on HR issues and galvanising self belief.
